RN Acute Care Transplant / Thoracic Rotating

About the Role

Provides specialized direct patient care in a high-acuity acute care setting within the Transplant Medicine department. Utilizes the nursing process, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and models evidence-based practice to ensure safe, quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, including patient assessments, planning, and interventions
• Precept and support new healthcare team members
• Maintain safety, quality, and a patient-centered approach
• Work in specialty Med-Surg units with moderate to high patient acuity

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience

Schedule

This onsite role involves day and night shifts, with incentives for night shift work.
