About the role

This position is for a part-time registered nurse in the Transplant Medicine Unit, providing direct patient care in an acute care setting with moderate to high patient acuity.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing processes to deliver top-of-scope care
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Prioritize patient wellness
• Model proficiency through precepting
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
• Provide evidence-based care in specialized units
• Support team education
• Uphold safety standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing degree
• Current RN licensure
• At least 6 months of nursing experience
• BLS certification
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

Schedule

• Weekend day shifts
