Registered Nurse - Acute Care Transplant / Thoracic

Provides direct patient care in acute transplant medicine units, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes patient safety and wellness
• Models proficiency through precepting new staff
• Collaborates within a multidisciplinary team
• Supports specialty education and competency validation
• Delivers patient-centered care
• Supports safety and quality initiatives
• Participates in specialty training
• Contributes to positive patient outcomes in a specialized transplant setting

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's preferred)
• At least 6 months of RN experience
• BLS certification

Experience in Med-Surg or acute care is preferred.
