RN - Acute Care Oncology - Night Shift

Role: Provides direct patient care in an oncology setting, utilizing advanced nursing skills within specialty units of moderate to high acuity. Contributes to evidence-based practice, prioritizes patient wellness, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver top of scope nursing care, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration.Precept and mentor new healthcare team members, fostering a learning environment.Maintain safety and quality standards at the point of care.Engage in continuous learning and apply evidence-based practices in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Minimum six months of nursing experience; chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification within one year of hire preferred.Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and commitment to patient-centered care.
