About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team in Acute Care Medical Telemetry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes using evidence-based practices.
- Foster relationships with patients and families, ensuring culturally sensitive care and clear communication.
- Coordinate and document safe care, promote teamwork and collaboration, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and support research and evidence-based practice.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to advance professional development, uphold organizational policies, and contribute to protocol development for optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years RN experience.
- Active RN license (single state or multi-state Compact).
- BLS certification.
- Associate's or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies.
