About the Role
Provide high-quality, individualized patient care in an acute-care medical-telemetry clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
- Develop and evaluate care plans based on evidence-based practice.
- Partner with patients and families to ensure patient-centered care.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary communication.
- Document care accurately and thoroughly.
- Support performance-improvement initiatives.
- Promote evidence-based practice and participate in nursing research.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Support resource planning and protocol development.
- Participate in shared-governance activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Valid RN license (single state or multi-state).
- BLS certification.
