RN - Acute Care Medical Telemetry Full-Time Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care Medical Telemetry, working full-time night shifts. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practices.Partner with patients and families, ensuring effective communication, cultural sensitivity, and goal-oriented care.Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts, promote respectful collaboration, and document care accurately.Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and uphold clinical standards and policies.Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote workforce development and model professional nursing practice.Engage in resource planning, protocol development, and quality outcomes improvement. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor of Nursing (preferred), with a minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.Proficiency in clinical technology, documentation, and ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments.
