RN - Acute Care Medical Telemetry Full-Time Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care Medical Telemetry, working in a full-time night shift position. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation). Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, partners, and patients, emphasizing relationship-based, culturally sensitive care. Promote evidence-based practice, participate in performance improvement, and support shared governance. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development. Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with required certifications such as BLS. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Proficient in technology, with excellent time management and critical thinking abilities. Bilingual skills are a plus.
