Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across multiple inpatient units
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to diverse patient needs
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support quality and safety initiatives within the healthcare environment
• Serve as a resource nurse to support team members and patient care

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Experience in acute care settings with the ability to adapt to varying patient populations and acuity levels
• Strong assessment, medication administration, and care planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety
