About the role
Registered Nurse in an acute care setting, supporting teams and patients across multiple hospitals in a float pool.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Prioritize safety and quality.
- Support multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff.
- Deliver care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity.
- Be guided by evidence-based models and supported by clinical educators.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years of experience).
- Valid RN licensure.
- At least 6 months of RN experience.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to work night shifts onsite in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a patient-centered approach.
