Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Float Pool

Role: Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) supporting multiple hospital locations within the acute care setting. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritize patient safety and quality, support multidisciplinary teamwork, and mentor new healthcare staff. Deliver care in specialty acute care units with moderate to high patient acuity, following evidence-based practices, and participate in ongoing education and competency validation. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience), valid RN licensure, at least 6 months of nursing experience, and current BLS certification. Strong clinical skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to evidence-based practice are essential.
