About the Role

Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) supporting multiple hospitals within the Denver Metro Acute Care Enterprise. This position involves providing direct patient care in specialty acute care units, adapting to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment with an emphasis on wellness and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in specialty acute care units using evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach.
• Support patient safety and contribute to quality outcomes.
• Mentor new staff and model professionalism.
• Prioritize patient safety and collaborate within a team environment.
• Support specialty education and validation for competency.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (required if less than 3 years of experience).
• Current RN licensure.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.

Skills

• Proficiency in clinical skills.
• Strong prioritization and teamwork abilities.

Schedule

This role involves working on-site day and night shifts.

Pay

Pay is dependent on experience.
