About the Role
This is a full-time night-shift position for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Acute Care with a focus on Cardiac Telemetry.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care using evidence-based nursing practices.
- Perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, emphasizing individualized treatment and cultural competence.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicate clearly, and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth, promote research, and uphold organizational policies and safety standards.
- Proactively plan patient care across the continuum, develop protocols, and ensure efficient resource use.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Active RN license (single or multi-state).
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with direct patient care preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Uphold legal, ethical, and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and contribute to a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
