About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient‑centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, practicing under the guidance of Nurse Managers and supported by evidence‑based standards and organizational models.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using critical thinking and evidence‑based practices.
• Deliver relationship‑based, culturally sensitive care, partnering with patients and families to meet their goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members through interdisciplinary communication and shared governance.
• Support professional development by mentoring colleagues, completing competency assessments, and participating in research and performance improvement activities.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Participate in protocol development, resource management, and patient care planning across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Valid RN license (single‑state or multi‑state Compact) and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
