About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, practicing according to evidence-based standards and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care.
• Partner with patients and their families through effective communication and shared decision-making.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care promoting teamwork and respectful clinical environment.
• Support performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Mentor and serve as a preceptor to foster a qualified workforce and healthy work environment.
• Participate in protocol development, data collection, and resource management to optimize care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor of Nursing preferred, with a valid RN license (single or multi-state compact).
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Current BLS certification.
