About the role
Skilled nursing facility in Cranston hiring RNs for evening (3pm-11pm) and overnight (11pm-7am) 8-hour shifts, full-time or part-time, with every other weekend and holiday. New graduate RNs are welcomed with training and support; long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents
- Document resident care in medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Assist with daily living activities
- Perform medication administration as per physician’s orders
Requirements
- Current Rhode Island RN license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- At least one year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting
- Basic computer skills
Qualifications
- Pass background check
- Pass drug screen

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of long-term care practices and procedures
