Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observe, assess, and report Patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• Complete EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders.
• Evaluate and implement a Patient's care plan.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
