RMOCC Director

About the role

The RMOCC Director serves as the central coordinating leader for regional medical operations and is responsible for overseeing preparedness, response, and coordination across hospitals, EMS agencies, public health, and emergency management partners. This role facilitates real-time visibility, coordinated decision-making, and effective resource utilization during both day-to-day operations and disasters. The Director acts as a key integrator across clinical, operational, and emergency management of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate real-time visibility, coordinated decision-making, and effective resource utilization during day-to-day operations and disasters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7 years of required related experience
• No license or certification required
• Supervisory responsibilities: Yes

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with after hours and weekends as required.

Pay

$83,283–141,565/year
