About the Role

As Assistant Director, you'll collaborate with the Director to promote respect and unity among staff, parents, and children. Guided by our commitment to excellence, you'll lead educators, prioritize safety, and support enrollment growth through engaging interactions and innovative activities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director to promote respect and unity among staff, parents, and children.
- Lead educators, prioritizing safety and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all.
- Support enrollment growth through engaging interactions and innovative activities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education or related field.
- A strong background in child development, curriculum design, and instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Background check and drug screening required.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
