RMA Tester

Qualifications

• 6 – 12 months related experience preferred
• Some high school or technical school (electronics); diploma preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Able to communicate effectively in English

• The work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
• Job responsibilities include viewing of small parts through magnifying tools, and occasional lifting of boxes weighing less than 40 pounds.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Strictly follow ESD compliance process and procedures.
• Perform visual inspection of assemblies prior to testing, checking for gross defects.
• Perform specified test(s) on assemblies, complying to any specific priorities, if stated.
• Alert supervisor or Test Engineering Materials of malfunctioning test equipment or repetitive failures.
• Label/tag test rejects with descriptive cause of failure.
• Make test result entries in the applicable spreadsheets or in the Epicor Log.
• Keep work-in-process, accepted product, rejected product segregated from each other, at all times.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Assist in other areas, as assigned.

Pay

• The hourly base salary range for this position is $19.24 to $21.64.
