RMA Manager

About the role

The RMA Manager is responsible for overseeing the Return Material Authorization process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the RMA process from start to finish, including documentation, communication with suppliers, and resolution of issues.
• Ensure all returns comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure efficient and effective return material authorization processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to returns and warranties.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the RMA process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and drive business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is beneficial.

Pay
