Responsibilities
- Performing assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and working instructions.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble components, modules, servers, and racks.
- Conducting quality checks on the functionality of components, modules, servers, and racks.
- Performing routine maintenance on assembly equipment.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Documenting and reporting any discrepancies or issues in the assembly process.
- Maintaining safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues.
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the assembly workspace.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting some field service activities.
Requirements
- Good knowledge and understanding of computer hardware.
- Experience in assembling computer systems.
- Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards (a plus).
- Good communication skills, including both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to effectively work within a team environment.
