Responsibilities

  • Performing assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and working instructions.
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble components, modules, servers, and racks.
  • Conducting quality checks on the functionality of components, modules, servers, and racks.
  • Performing routine maintenance on assembly equipment.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.
  • Documenting and reporting any discrepancies or issues in the assembly process.
  • Maintaining safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues.
  • Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the assembly workspace.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting some field service activities.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge and understanding of computer hardware.
  • Experience in assembling computer systems.
  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards (a plus).
  • Good communication skills, including both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to effectively work within a team environment.
