RMA Technician

About the role

The RMA Technician is responsible for managing returns and ensuring that products are repaired, refurbished, or disposed of according to company policy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming returns from customers
• Assess returned items for repair or refurbishment
• Coordinate with internal teams for repairs and approvals
• Document all actions taken and communicate with customers
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in RMA or similar role
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
