RMA Quality Technician

About the role

The RMA Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that all returned products meet the required quality standards before they are reconditioned or repaired.

Responsibilities

• Inspect returned products for defects and damage
• Document findings and initiate necessary repairs or returns
• Work closely with production teams to ensure timely reconditioning
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) procedures
• Experience with quality assurance tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
