RMA Coordinator

Nature of Duties

• Log and process all RMA requests
• Process RMA requests through factory for repair/replacement
• Communication with Program Management on status until closed
• Help in maintaining and establishing processes and procedures to ensure that RMA’s are processed and closed in a timely manner
• Efficiently prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Escalate problems as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records and monthly reports
• Drive cost reductions through product and process improvements
• Continuous quality improvement in Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY)
• Collect data and correlate failures, drive actions required to solve issues to root cause
• Ensure the product exceeds customer requirements of quality, reliability, and internal goals of cost and delivery

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing environment preferred
• Working Knowledge of Six Sigma and Greenbelt Tools
• Extensive knowledge of Wave Solder, SMT & Electronic manufacturing processes
• Experience handling and testing of RF components
• Detail oriented
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident due to ITAR regulations

Skills

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
• Overtime may be required
