About the role
We are looking to expand our pool of tutors in the Hillsborough County district area for the upcoming school year. You will provide support in elementary schools, middle schools or high schools!
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects like Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents exam prep.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies that help students thrive academically and personally.
Requirements
- Passion for Learning: Dedicated to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved students.
- Strong Academics: Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
- Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school (or virtual program) and participate in monthly training.
- Ready to work alongside teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors to maximize student success.
