Risk & Underwriting Support

Responsibilities

• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports
• Compile data from internal systems
• Aid in the analysis of loss ratios and performance trends
• Validate data accuracy and completeness
• Maintain reporting templates and documentation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support data needs
• Review basic exception requests
• Gather supporting data and documentation
• Escalate complex requests to senior team members
• Document decisions and maintain records
• Communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries received in the risk inbox
• Maintain documentation and organize shared folders
• Afford system updates and administrative tasks
• Support cross-functional teams as needed
• Participate in meetings and maintain organized files

Qualifications

• Known for strong attention to detail
• Outstanding time-management and organizational skills
• Basic analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Comfortable learning new systems
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Adapts well to procedural and organizational changes
• Intermediate level of English proficiency

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
