About the Role

The Risk Engagement Advisor will standardize and commercialize the suite of Enhanced Fraud offerings and processes that provide for sound risk management operations, ensure quality expectations are achieved in service, and establish client advocacy within the risk division. Responsible for the revenue, operational expense, and margin for the Enhanced Fraud Services line of business. Must achieve annual goals related to the financial performance of these services, including oversight of pricing, revenue, and margin.

This individual will identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance the product offering, ensure it remains relevant in the market, and maintain high client satisfaction. They will also ensure marketing content, case studies, and fraud information are regularly distributed to clients and internal teams. The incumbent will drive and own these items from conception to deployment, collaborating with other department leaders, internal teams, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the pursuit of new markets, business opportunities, and relationships, including potential new clients, products, technical advances, and lines of business.
  • Work directly with key leaders (internal and external) to develop client experiences that align with industry fraud trends and support financial institutions related to Enhanced Fraud Services (EFS) clients.
  • Build and execute the annual client experience feedback process for the EFS solution.
  • Support planning and develop content materials for the RMAG Advisory program.
  • Contribute written collateral (e.g., articles, blogs, newsletters, Risk Community) for the Risk Organization, Account Management, Corporate Communications, and Marketing using industry expertise and experience.
  • Develop and deliver formal presentations to high-level management within the organization and senior client management, as well as all levels of personnel, members, clients, and vendors.
  • Drive relationship and sales teams with client conversations and expectations for EFS.
  • Partner with key organizational collaborators and departments to understand their key business and marketing challenges, assess and prioritize opportunities, and align efforts for business impact.
  • Partner with marketing to evaluate customer-facing collateral and develop ongoing materials to support the continued growth of the Enhanced Fraud Services solution.
  • Stay attuned to all areas of fraud and risk mitigation.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership across multiple channels (organization, clients, vendors).
  • Advocate for both clients and the organization, resulting in enhanced experiences that focus on supporting client needs and their desired service to their members.
  • Manage client pricing and proposals for EFS. Work with Finance, Billing, Sales, and Account Management to balance goals for the product.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Eight (8) years within the financial service industry required.
  • Five (5) years of professional experience in corporate/professional risk management and/or fraud required.
  • Five (5) years of experience with data analytical tools required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of presentation, engagement, and interaction experience, including both front-line client and executive-level engagement preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • CFE Certification preferred.
  • Graphic Design Skills preferred.

Skills

  • Strong business insight, influencing, and client-facing skills.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in fraud mitigation, analytics, recovery, and payment card industry activity.
  • Ability to travel as needed, less than 25%.

Pay

$84,900.00 - $108,200.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
