Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant with 5-10 years of experience in the Power & Utilities industry or consulting within the sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, a deep understanding of operational processes, and the ability to lead risk and controls project teams. You will operate as a fieldwork leader to assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk.

  • Lead and manage projects focused on regulatory compliance within the Power & Utilities sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and efficiency.
  • Drive risk and controls project teams, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify compliance challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

To qualify for the role you must have a bachelor's or master's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Power & Utilities industry or consulting in the sector. Proven experience in regulatory compliance and understanding of operational processes in Power & Utilities is required.

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll also have a bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications are a plus, such as PMP, Six Sigma, CPA, CA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA, CIPP, CGEIT certification.

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $97,900 to $179,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $117,500 to $203,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Schedule

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. We offer a hybrid model that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
