Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects focused on regulatory compliance within the Power & Utilities sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and efficiency.
- Drive risk and controls project teams, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to identify compliance challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and industry trends.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Operate as a fieldwork leader to assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk.
- Work with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems facilitating the business internal control process, and assist clients and other Risk professionals in performing information technology control and security engagements.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
- A bachelor's or master's degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Power & Utilities industry or consulting in the sector.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance and understanding of operational processes in Power & Utilities, particularly Work Management, Asset Management and/or Utility accounting.
- Experience implementing or using ERP tools like SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications are a plus. PMP, Six Sigma, CPA, CA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA, CIPP, CGEIT certification is desired; non-certified hires are required to become certified to be eligible for promotion to Manager.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $97,900 to $179,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $117,500 to $203,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
