Responsibilities
- Lead insurance client engagements for risk, compliance, internal audit, and advisory services
- Serve as the primary contact for Life & Health and Property & Casualty clients
- Provide insights on industry risks and regulatory developments
- Guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time
- Review and refine client deliverables for actionable insights
- Identify client needs and drive service opportunities
- Coach and develop team members while fostering collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant professional credential (e.g., CPA, CIA, CRMA)
- 7+ years of experience in risk advisory, internal audit, consulting, or related areas
- Strong understanding of Life & Health, Property & Casualty, and/or Reinsurance sectors
- Experience managing internal audit, risk management, and compliance initiatives
- Proven project management skills with complex engagements
- Exceptional executive-level communication skills
