Rippling Consultant - South America

We're looking for an experienced Rippling HCM Consultant to join a fast-growing consulting environment supporting complex HCM implementations and optimisation projects.This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates based in South America. The Role We're looking for a genuine Rippling HCM specialist with broad platform expertise - not someone focused on just one area of Rippling.You'll work across complex customer requirements, implementations and optimisation initiatives, operating at both a functional and strategic/architectural level.
