About the role
The Team Lead oversees the Rigline 24/7 remote operations support team, ensuring efficient shift operations, addressing challenges, and facilitating seamless shift handovers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise technician activities during shifts to ensure efficient and excellent customer service.
- Minimize downtime and provide proactive support.
- Enhance safety culture within the team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for issues or challenges.
- Handle Major Events and ensure smooth shift handovers.
- Monitor emails and case queues during shifts.
- Perform quality assessments of technicians and provide feedback/coaching.
- Ensure the team meets defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), service level agreements, and closes cases timely.
Requirements
- 14 days on/14 days off rotational schedule.
- 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
- Preferred experience in the drilling industry and knowledge of drilling operations and equipment.
