Job Description
Lead by example in promoting Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards
Identify and drive Safety Improvement Focus Program (SIFP) initiatives
Serve as a technical expert, guiding and supporting team members in daily operations
Interpret client specifications and ensure alignment with fabrication activities
Develop and approve qualification plans for welding, NDE, and coating processes
Provide hands-on troubleshooting during qualification and production phases
Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams (Core Technology, GSP, and more) to ensure vendor compliance
Lead failure investigations and root cause analyses, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Champion standardization, simplification, and industrialization initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Material Science, Welding, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial)
- Minimum 2+ years of engineering experience
- Experience or knowledge in:
- Welding processes (IWE/EWE/AWS certifications are a plus)
- Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE) (certifications preferred)
- Field Joint Coating (FJC) systems (NACE/AMPP certifications are plus)

- Strong capability to read, interpret, and develop technical procedures and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP, Teamcenter, etc.
