Duties
- review of construction plans and title records
- preparing acquisition documents
- putting together the physical acquisition files
- processing acquisition files
- preparing vouchers
- mailing documents to county register of deeds office for recording
- communicating with county offices
- sending out land owner letters
- maintaining department records regarding work assignments
- necessary accounting records on improvements, relocations, and negotiated payments
- preparing applications for use of public land and Indian Trust lands
- compiling data for condemnation proceedings
Requirements
- A valid driver's license
- Most of the work is in a typical office environment with occasional field visits to project sites
- Limited overnight travel may be required
