About the Role

The Rigging Inspection Coordinator will coordinate a region's daily operations, including all customer communications that generate an order, schedule technicians, and gather information to close the customer opportunity. The coordinator will also oversee a team of technicians and help them in their professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Document/submit appropriate report(s) as required
  • Coordinate all varieties of inspections without instruction to meet or exceed Mazzella Quality Assurance Standards
  • Communicate all required tasks to the assigned inspector(s) on a daily basis or as needed
  • Complete daily tasks accurately and completely, i.e. sales orders, quotes, service orders, projects, etc.
  • Maintain work area, equipment, in a clean and organized manner; follow all Safety Guidelines
  • Review, interpret, and understand codes, instructions, and specifications per inspection based on customer (training provided)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Microsoft Office/Excel experience required
  • Experience in a service, inspection, or production environment a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Training knowledge of manufacturers and industry standards, including ANSI and OSHA (will train)
  • Detail-oriented with the strong ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and planning skills
  • Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen, and E-verify
