You will represent the company on the front lines, ensuring optimal performance of our hardware and software solutions on drilling and service rigs.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company on the front lines, ensuring optimal performance of our hardware and software solutions on drilling and service rigs.
• Perform traditional field service responsibilities, including troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Operate independently in high-pressure situations.
• Utilize foundational IT technician capabilities, such as basic networking, system configuration, and technical support for computer-based monitoring equipment.
