About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, technically skilled, and customer-oriented Field Service Technician to support the installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of advanced oilfield monitoring systems and technologies at customer sites.

This role involves extensive travel, hands-on fieldwork in challenging environments, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients in the oil and gas industry. You will represent the company on the front lines, ensuring optimal performance of our hardware and software solutions on drilling and service rigs.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot advanced oilfield monitoring systems and technologies at customer sites.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed systems.
• Perform hands-on fieldwork in challenging environments, including drilling and service rigs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Utilize foundational IT technician capabilities, including basic networking, system configuration, and technical support for computer-based monitoring equipment.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical or electrical background.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in high-pressure situations.
