About the Role

FirstLight Home Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team and provide quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes in Rhode Island.

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island CNA license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to travel to client homes

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Remind clients to take medications as directed
• Assist with errands and transportation when needed
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
