About the role

The Rhinology, Anterior Skull Base Physician at Creighton University School of Medicine will join the growing Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery in Omaha, NE. This role involves comprehensive rhinology with diverse practice including endoscopic sinus surgery, revision procedures, allergy/rhinology, and multidisciplinary endoscopic skull base surgery. The candidate will also work closely with a neurosurgical team for skull base cases.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a comprehensive rhinology practice with a focus on inflammatory disease and skull base surgeries
  • Collaborate with Creighton University School of Medicine to establish a residency program
  • Work in an academic tertiary care setting with 1:6 call responsibilities and weekday APP support
  • Participate in research activities and mentorship programs

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
  • Active or eligible license in the state of Nebraska
  • Strong clinical skills with experience in programmatic development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
