About the role
Baylor Scott & White – Round Rock is seeking a Section Chief Rheumatologist to lead their growing practice in the North Austin region.
Responsibilities
- Join a busy, growing practice in the North Austin Region
- Comfortable with procedures in Rheumatology
- Open only to experienced physicians
- Work schedule is Monday – Friday
- Cover two clinics – primary location Round Rock and 2nd location in the North Austin Region
- Infusion services provided
- Virtual visit options available
Requirements
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
Qualifications
- Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
Skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven success in managing a busy rheumatology practice
