Location: Orlando or Kissimmee, FL | Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• 4.5-day workweek

About the role

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join an established and highly respected rheumatology practice in Central Florida. The practice currently has three rheumatologists and is looking to add 1–2 physicians to its growing team. This is a 100% outpatient position with no hospital coverage, an established referral base, and approximately 16 patients per day. The practice provides comprehensive care across the full spectrum of rheumatologic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive rheumatologic care, including diagnosis, treatment, and empathetic long-term management
• Perform patient examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Provide patient education
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with and supervise advanced practice providers

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Completion of Rheumatology training/fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Active Florida medical license
• Current DEA license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, long-term rheumatologic care
