About the role

The North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission is seeking qualified professional planning and consulting firms for a five-year, open-end contract for transportation planning, community and economic development, GIS, data analysis, public engagement, and related professional services.

Scope of work

• Support the North Central Pennsylvania Rural Planning Organization (RPO) and other Commission planning and program activities
• Serve regional, county, and local initiatives across the six-county service area of Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean, and Potter Counties
• Potential assignments include:
  • Long-range and multimodal transportation planning
  • Corridor and safety studies
  • Human service transportation coordination
  • GIS and data analysis
  • Public engagement
  • Economic development and accessibility analysis
  • Related planning and technical assistance
