RFP Proposal Specialist – UTSA Website Redesign & WordPress Migration

About the Role

Prepare and manage the vendor's proposal for UTSA RFP No. 743-2026-RFP-1515, which involves redesigning and migrating 10 VIED websites to a standardized WordPress environment.

Responsibilities

• Review the UTSA solicitation notice and complete RFP document.
• Understand the requirements for redesigning and migrating the 10 VIED websites.
• Prepare a compliant proposal addressing UTSA's requirements.
• Ensure the proposal addresses WordPress, WCAG 2.1 Level AA, accessibility, and website modernization requirements.
• Collect required company information, qualifications, experience, references, and supporting documents.
• Complete required RFP forms and proposal documentation.
• Ensure the company is properly registered on the UTSA Rowdy Exchange Sourcing Portal.
• Submit the proposal through the required online portal; paper proposals are not accepted.
• Monitor solicitation communications and addenda.
• Coordinate with the technical team to obtain information needed for the proposal.
• Review the final submission for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
