RFP Proposal Specialist – VIED Website Redesign & WordPress Migration

About the Role

Prepare and manage a complete proposal response for UTSA RFP No. 743-2026-RFP-1515, which seeks a vendor to redesign and migrate 10 VIED websites into a standardized WordPress environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand the UTSA RFP and solicitation requirements.
• Analyze the project requirements for 10 website redesigns and migrations.
• Prepare proposal responses that address UTSA's technical and business requirements.
• Ensure the proposal demonstrates knowledge of WordPress, website migration, accessibility, IT, security, and web standards.
• Highlight the company's relevant experience and qualifications.
• Prepare required proposal documents, forms, and supporting information.
• Coordinate with technical and management teams to obtain information needed for the proposal.
• Ensure the proposal follows UTSA's instructions and is submitted before the deadline.
• Review the final proposal for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
