RFP Proposal Specialist – Website Redesign & WordPress Migration

About the Role

Review and prepare the proposal for UTSA RFP No. 743-2026-RFP-1515, focused on redesigning and migrating 10 VIED websites to a standardized WordPress environment.

Responsibilities

• Review the complete RFP to understand scope, requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
• Prepare the proposal according to UTSA's required format.
• Complete required forms, including the Execution of Offer, Pricing and Delivery Schedule, and Addenda Checklist.
• Prepare responses to all RFP specifications and additional questions.
• Gather and present the company's relevant experience, qualifications, and client references.
• Ensure the proposal addresses WordPress Multisite, website migration, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 Level AA), security, branding, and quality assurance requirements.
• Coordinate required supporting documents and the Subcontracting Plan, if applicable.
• Review the proposal for compliance and completeness before submission.
• Submit the completed proposal electronically through the UTSA Sourcing Director portal.
• Ensure the proposal is competitive in the major evaluation areas: quality, ability to meet UTSA's needs, cost, and past experience.
