RFI Proposal Specialist – OhioBuys AI Navigator

About the Role

Prepare and submit the company's response to ODVS's RFI for an AI-Enabled Statewide Navigator through the OhioBuys portal.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze the OhioBuys RFI requirements.
• Understand the objectives and scope of the AI-enabled Statewide Navigator.
• Identify which workstreams or areas the company can support.
• Prepare a concise RFI response within the 20-page maximum.
• Prepare the required response in PDF and Excel formats.
• Describe the company's AI, technology, data, integration, and platform capabilities.
• Provide high-level information about possible technical/architectural approaches.
• Prepare high-level pricing information, including licensing models, pricing tiers, cost drivers, and optional services.
• Gather supporting information from technical and management teams.
• Review the response for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with OhioBuys requirements.
• Submit the final response electronically through OhioBuys before the deadline.
• Prepare the company for possible follow-up questions or a technology demonstration from ODVS.
