RFI Proposal Specialist – AI-Enabled Statewide Navigator

About the role

Prepare and submit a compliant RFI response for the Ohio Department of Veterans Services (ODVS) AI-Enabled Statewide Navigator project through the OhioBuys portal.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze the Statewide Navigator RFI and FAQ.
• Identify the company's relevant capabilities and determine which project workstreams it can support.
• Prepare a concise response within the 20-page limit.
• Explain the company's capabilities in AI, LLMs, customer-journey design, resource directories, and intelligent navigation.
• Address the proposed cloud/hosting infrastructure, such as Azure Government, AWS, Google Cloud, or Snowflake.
• Explain the company's approach to AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance.
• Address integration with Microsoft Power BI for analytics and dashboards.
• Explain authentication capabilities, including anonymous and authenticated access.
• Prepare high-level pricing information, including licensing, pricing tiers, setup costs, and phased implementation costs.
• Prepare the response in the required PDF and Excel formats.
• Coordinate with technical, security, data, and management teams to collect accurate information.
• Review the response for compliance, accuracy, and completeness.
• Submit the final response through OhioBuys before the August 25, 2026 deadline.
• Prepare the company for a possible vendor presentation or technology demonstration.
