RFC Senior Operations Manager- DC

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer delivery commitments
• Monitor real-time operational performance and adjust staffing and workflows to meet volume fluctuations
• Cook up on-time fulfillment of retail store replenishment orders and maintain inventory accuracy
• Cook coordinate with transportation teams to optimize loading schedules and carrier utilization
• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Supervisors responsible for departmental performance and KPI achievement
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Conduct performance evaluations, hold team accountable to standards, and identify high-potential talent for succession planning
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent safety incidents
• Drive achievement of KPIs including units per hour, order accuracy, on-time shipment, and labor productivity
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency
• Manage departmental operating budget and control labor, equipment, and supply costs
• Oversee warehouse fleet operations and manage relationships with delivery contractors and 3PL providers

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in distribution managing a fleet, delivery contractors, 3PL experience and background in logistics
• Required Company-issued industrial vehicle license, or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
• Action Oriented - dedicated to making and meeting deadlines
