Senior Network Operations Center Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing the operations of the Network Operations Center (NOC), ensuring 24/7 availability and performance of critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NOC operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues.
• Manage shift schedules and staff training.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of NOC operations with broader data center initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NOC management or similar IT operations roles.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Experience with network infrastructure and security protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with NOC management tools and software.
• Knowledge of data center operations and compliance standards.

Skills

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule
